The family who runs the coffeeshop are really into high quality, not only in coffee but also with their staff and interior. They own two coffeeshops- one in Salzburg Oldtown and one in Nonntal – perfect for Students, from the University of Salzburg. The location in the oldtown is very small, so make sure you reserve a table as of course, everbody wants to enjoy the best coffee in town! However, it is the cosiest place we have found so far, for long breakfasts with friends. The menu is delicious and offers for all diets needs. Of course, the best of it, is the coffee, they serve it with, they offer coffee from different regions and the staff is very well trained and can explain almost everything to you if you want to get to know more about coffee and their philosophy. Make sure you also taste the cappuccino, even if you like your coffee black – it is amazing, we tested it for you. It has to be said that the prices are a little bit higher than in conventional coffeeshops but they really offer a good price balance, which makes the experience extraordinary. The second coffeeshop is located in Nonntal. This location is more urban, clean and a lot bigger. The style of both locations is very different and the one in Nonntal, is a little less cosy however a little more modern, therefore more instagramable – in case this is important to you ;). The location is very close to the university and therefore very popular with students, but you can find clients of all age groups here. Coffee is as delicious as in the other location and staff is also here, simply amazing! We can only recommend both places, and leave the choice to you. Our recommendation is safe: Visit both and love both!
