The store Stassny located in Salzburg Altstadt (Getreidegasse 35) is the perfect store if you’re looking to buy traditional Austrian clothes. The staff welcomes you with some snack and “schnapps”. The store is quite big in which the sections are divided. They have a section with jackets, blouses and handkerchief for women and crossing to the other side of the store they have an array of beautiful Dirndls long and short providing as well purses which can accompany these dresses. One floor down jackets, shirts, handkerchief and leather pants are available for men. So, if you’re planning to go to the October Fest, Stassny is the place to get your clothes.
